Job Description
- Industry/Organization Type: Food & Beverage (F&B)
- Position Title: Service Crew/ Outlet Staff (front end)
- Working Location: Locations across the island
- Working Hours: 6-day workweek – rotating shift (Shift 1: 7 am - 5 pm, Shift 2: 12 pm - 10 pm)
- Salary Package: Competitive Base Salary + OT + Quarterly incentive + Yearly Bonus
- Duration: Full-Time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to walk-ins.
- Take orders in POS system, serve customers, and clear tables.
- Provide excellent F&B service to guests.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the outlet.
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.
