Job Description
- Check and reply incoming emails
- Answer and transfer incoming calls as necessary
- Screening of applicant resumes and sharing job scope to suitable candidates
- Churn application forms
- Arrange interview for candidates
- Handle any admin duties for the department
- Handle candidate job onboarding process (e.g. signing contracts, staff pass)
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements
- Min. Diploma/ Degree in any field of study
- Meticulous and proactive attitude
- IT savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills
- Able to multi-task, work independently and follow through with assigned tasks
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude with eagerness to connect with people
- Training provided!
