- Remuneration: Up to SGD5,600 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Maintain good relation with tenants in the industrial park
- Managing tenants’ feedback, complaints etc and maintenance requests
- To do report writing & coordinate action plan with other departments to resolve tenants’ requests or problems
- Actively seeking tenants’ feedback so as to make continuous improvements to our services
Requirement:
- Relevant experience in the property management industry
- Must have experience writing reports in English
- Proficient in Chinese to interact with Chinese speaking tenants or counterparts
- Ok to be based in Batam
