Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Coordinator to lead and coordinate multiple renovation projects, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality delivery. The successful candidate will oversee project managers, coordinate resources, and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities
- - Leading and managing interior design projects from conception to completion.
- - Coordinating and supervising project teams and contractors.
- - Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- - Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction.
- - Managing project documentation and administrative tasks as required.
- - Resolve any issues and defects rectification on-site.
Requirements:
- - Bachelor's degree in any field.
- - Has experience in project management in renovation or construction industry.
- - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.
- - Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving and time management skills.
- - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
