Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Administrative Assistant Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- To oversea and lead a team of Administrative officers
- To improve and enhance administrative strategies and structures to streamline strategies along with internal departments.
- To analyse and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- To improve SOP for a better and smoother work process
- To improve admin fillings system and data organisation in computer
- All other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or other relevant field of studies
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
