Admin Assistant

We're looking for a sharp and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The perfect candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, juggling multiple tasks with ease. As our Administrative Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:Handle day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.
    Manage incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism.
    Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
  2. Data Management:Maintain accurate records and databases.
    Keep both digital and physical files organized and accessible.
  3. Coordination:Help organize office events and meetings.
    Assist in preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes.
  4. Customer Service:Welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
    Help address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  5. Office Management:Monitor office supplies and reorder when necessary.
    Ensure office equipment is in working order.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Office Administration is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with office management software (e.g., MS Office 365, Google Workspace).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.

Working Conditions:

  • This position is based in an office environment.
  • Occasional overtime may be required during busy periods.
  • Flexibility to handle occasional tasks outside of regular hours may be necessary.
