About the Role

Zero-Error Systems (ZES) is seeking a Finance Assistant to join our dynamic and fast-growing semiconductor Integrated Circuit (IC) design startup company. The duty of Finance Assistant is to ensure that the organization's grant reimbursement submissions and bookkeeping are accurately maintained and up to date, while providing essential financial support.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all grant reimbursement submissions by ensuring proper tracking, bookkeeping and timeliness of the submissions
  • Maintain accurate financial documentation
  • Assist in data entry and extraction
  • Perform administrative tasks to support finance operations
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulations
  • Any other duties assigned


Key Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Finance or Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Accounting or a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good knowledge in accounting systems (Xero would be advantageous)
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Meticulous with strong analytic skills
  • Expertise in semiconductor foundry or fabless IC design company will be an advantage
