Job Description:
- To identify new customers via networking, customer referrals and other lead generation techniques.
- To sell products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
- To ensure that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
- To maintain accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customer.
- To analyze sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
- To conduct in-depth research on competitors’ products, pricing and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
- To expand business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry and researching and analyzing sales options.
- To cultivate solid relationship with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
- To handle existing customers account including abatement tools and equipment service sales.
- To handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by superior.
Job Requirement:
- Strong negotiation and excellent customer service
- Minimum 3 years proven work experience in the sales designation
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, outstanding organizational and leadership skills, effective communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Able to start new employment in short notice
