Job Scope:
· Provide general administrative support such as managing correspondence, answering phone calls, replying emails / WhatsApp messages.
· Basic analysis of the issues reported, Login tickets / cases, follow-up actions, filling and documentation.
· Co-ordination between Customers and Engineers to support cases.
· Assist in the maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
Requirements:
· Fresh School leavers.
· Computer literate.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Outgoing with strong interpersonal skills and quick to respond.
· Pleasant attitude.
· Able to communicate and correspond in written Mandarin.
