Job Description:
- Conduct monthly financial closing procedures for the entire set of accounts.
- Responsible for the daily and monthly issuance of sales tax invoices, handling receipt functions, preparing journal entries, and more.
- Ensure accurate posting of vendor invoices, sales invoices, payments, receipts, accruals, and other relevant month-end journals into the accounting system.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and reconcile supplier statements.
- Prepare monthly reports on project cash flows, debtors lists, and treasury reports.
- Compile quarterly GST returns, tax computations, XBRL submissions, and financial statements.
- Collaborate with external consultants such as auditors, tax agents, trustees, and company secretaries.
- Maintain proper filing of business correspondences and documents.
- Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
Special Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Accountancy/CPA/ACCA/CA.
- Singaporeans and PRs only.
- Candidates from the real estate/construction sector preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
