Job Scope
. In charge of all food production and day to day operation, monitoring the input and output of goods and raw materials
. To manage and oversee the production, stocks/orders, and logistics of the company.
· To lead and work with the production team in fulfilling the order demands and ensure good quality of product at targeted yield with minimal material loss
· Monitor food processing machines and make adjustments to the controls for devices
· React to any type of alarms or malfunctions of the equipment and operate the shut-off switch when necessary
· Comprehend written instructions and recipes from the company and comply strictly according to the recipe for each batch of production and record processing time accurately
· Verify that each finished item meets the quality standards of the company
· Sanitize all materials and machinery parts at the end of each shift and clean the workspace at the worker station by following company cleanliness standards
· To ensure that the quality standards of the factory are adhered to at all times and all work conforms to statutory & safety requirements.
· Maintain and improve workplace environmental, health and safety standards.
· To manage manpower planning and shift rotations where applicable.
Requirements
* Min 3 years working experience in food manufacturing industries, especially in fermented beverage/yoghurt line plant
* In-depth understanding of food technologies and large scale processing equipment
* Familiar with manufacturing data to drive productivity improvements.
* Proactive, keen attitude, diligent, resourceful, and strong problem-solving skills
* Good communication and writing skills for idea presentation and document preparation
