Roles & Responsibilities
Taking off quantities, sourcing subcontractors and suppliers.
Taking off Comparison of Quantities between Tender and Working drawings for variation works.
Proficient in Microsoft and AutoCad software.
Prepare project estimates and costs and keep track of variations to the contract.
Making Payment Certificate for subcontractors.
Qualifications
Preferably Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 years' experience as a QS handling Civil projects.
Experience in Main Contractor companies will be an advantage.
Experienced at compiling and following estimating.
In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry.
Good interpersonal and communication skill.
Salary
$3,200 ~ $4,500 depending on experience and capability.
