Job description:-
- TO ASSIST IN THE CS DEPT REPORTING TO TEAM MANAGER
- MUST BE SELF MOVITATED AND ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY
- MUST HAVE THE PASSION IN LEARNING AND TO ACCEPT THIS TASK
- SOME KNOWLEDGE IN AIR AND SEA LOGISTICS IS AN ADVANTAGE
- TO HANDLE ALL BOOKINGS FOR BOTH AIR AND SEA
- TO LIAISE WITH AIR AND SEA CARRIERS
- TO LIAISE WITH CUSTOMERS
- TO HANDLE ALL SEA DOCUMENTATION WORK LIKE BOOKINGS, BL ETC
Remarks:
- MINIMUM GCE ‘O’ LEVEL
- ABLE TO WRITE AND SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH
- ABLE TO USE AND HANDLE MICROSOFT OFFICE AND ALL EMAILS
- RESIDING AT THE EAST ZONE LIKE TAMPINES, BEDOK, PASIR RIS, HOUGANG AND SENGKANG
- 5 DAYS WEEK FROM 0900 TO 1800 HOURS
- BUS SERVICE: 9 FROM BEDOK INTERCHANGE, 19 FROM TAMPINES INTERCHANGE AND 89 FROM HOUGANG/SENGKANG VIA PASIR RIS INTERCHANGE
- SALARY RANGE: $2500 - $2700 (depending on experience)
