Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure data security and integrity by implementing and maintaining backup and antivirussolutions.
- Monitor network performance and optimize system efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits of systems and software to ensure compliance with licensingagreements.
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure projects.
- Stay updated on technological advancements and recommend improvements to enhancesystem functionality.
- Provide training and technical guidance to users as needed.
- Preparation of laptops for staff on board and off board.
- Maintain company hardware, ensure the hardware is working.
- Recording and updating company hardware
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Windows, WPS.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a strong team player.
- Fast learner, highly organized, and positive attitude.
- General knowledge of High-Performance Computing Clusters and scientific software isadvantageous.
