Your Focus will be:
- Achieving sales targets
- Ensuring consistent high levels of customer service are maintained.
- Staff training and effective resource management
- SOP development for service & review (opening, closing etc)
- Timely management updates - Monthly performance, sales & trend analysis and recommendations
- Resource management & maximisation - restaurant & bar staff costs reduction and maintain within targets
- Support General Manager in all areas of floor management and service
