About the Role:
We are searching for a passionate and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a key role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales for our rental equipment machinery business. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing).
- Create engaging and informative content (written, visual) that targets our ideal customer base in the construction and industrial sectors.
- Manage and optimize our website and landing pages for lead generation and user experience.
- Analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals.
- Working with our technical & operations team to articulate our rental product & service offerings, solutions.
- Assist with developing and maintaining a strong social media presence for the company.
- Be involved in creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing role (internship experience can be considered for junior candidates).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing).
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns (a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, content management systems).
- Passion for the digital marketing space and a willingness to learn new things.

Location: West Singapore (Hybrid/Flexible Working Arrangement)
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Pay: $2,500 - $3,000
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
