Role summary
Capital Markets Structurer
- Managing projects, driving timetables, executing deals.
- Working with note investors, warehouse lenders, mezzanine providers, banking partners, rating agencies and Olea’s internal operation, legal and distribution teams.
- Preparing term sheets and negotiating note issuances, structured facilities, tokenisation.
- Ongoing management of live transactions.
Required competencies
- 3 to 7 years of experience with banks or rating agencies in a similar capacity
- Attention to detail
- Able to work with large data sets
- Commercial skills. Can build relationships with investors
- Expert in Microsoft Office applications
