Main Responsibilities:
- Manage stores and supervise staffs
- Analyze sales and store performance
- Develop action plans to enhance sales and optimize staff
- Ensure high operational standards in stores
- Manage inventory needs and operational communication
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and a customer-centric service culture
- Train, coach, and develop retail teams
Requirements:
- Min 5 years of managerial experience in the retail industry
- Proven team management, organization, problem solving and leadership skills
