Your Day at the Company:
As a Product Manager, your day may start by checking emails and responding to urgent matters. In the morning, you may have meetings with the technical team to discuss ongoing projects, including the development of new features and the optimization of existing ones. Afterwards, you may meet with the sales team to discuss customer needs and market feedback, determining product priorities and next steps. Before the morning ends, you may participate in cross-department meetings with advertisers and agencies to discuss cooperation plans and advertising strategies, understanding market demands and trends. Afternoon starts after lunch break. You may meet with the design team to review and discuss new user interface designs, ensuring that the product's user experience and interface design adhere to best practices. Then, you may meet with the data team to analyze the latest advertising performance data, develop optimization strategies, and recommend new advertising placement strategies. In the evening, you may write and update product documents, such as product requirement documents and user manuals, to ensure that team members and partners understand the product's features and characteristics. As the day comes to an end, you summarize the day's work, check the task list, and arrange the work plan for the next day. Even after work hours, you may need to handle urgent emails or tasks to ensure the smooth progress of projects. Job Scopes:
DSP Advertising Technology: Deep understanding of DSP advertising technology, including advertising delivery principles, bidding strategies, and advertising transaction processes, able to understand and apply the technology and features of DSP platforms.
Product Planning and Management: Ability to develop strategic development and roadmaps for DSP products based on market demand and industry trends.
Market Research and User Analysis: Ability to conduct market research and user analysis, understanding the market situation of the advertising industry and customer needs, providing basis for product design and optimization.
User Experience Design: Familiarity with user experience design principles, able to collaborate with design teams to design and optimize the user interface and user experience of DSP platforms, improving user satisfaction.
Technical Background and Industry Understanding: Deep understanding of the advertising technology industry, with a certain technical background, able to understand the technical trends and development directions of the advertising technology field.
Data Analysis and Optimization Strategy: Ability to analyze data and optimize strategies, able to develop advertising delivery strategies and optimization plans based on data analysis results, improving advertising effectiveness and ROI.
Project Management and Team Collaboration: Excellent project management and team collaboration skills, able to collaborate with technical teams, sales teams, customer service teams, etc., to promote product development and launch.
Qualifications:
Singaporean citizen or permanent resident of Singapore.
2-3 years of experience as a product manager in advertising.
Proficiency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written) at a working level.
Preference for candidates with experience operating The Trade Desk, DoubleClick Bid Manager, MediaMath, Adobe Advertising Cloud, AppNexus platforms, with additional consideration for candidates with relevant work experience.
Candidates with digital advertising delivery experience will be preferred.
Candidates with GAIQ certification will be preferred.
