Kiztopia is a successful start-up and the biggest indoor children playground in Singapore! We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Manager to oversee multiple outlets within Kiztopia in Singapore. As the Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing teams, and ensuring the overall success of your assigned area. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively manage resources and drive performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the operations of multiple outlets within the designated area.

2. Ensure that each outlet meets and exceeds company expectations for quality, service, and sales.

3. Assist branch managers in achieving sales targets and goals through effective sales strategies and management techniques.

4. Ensure that all outlets adhere to company policies, practices, and ethical standards, promoting diversity and upholding the Code of Conduct.

5. Provide leadership and guidance to branch managers and their teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of branch managers and their teams, offering regular feedback and guidance to drive continuous improvement.

7. Report regularly to the Operations Manager, providing updates on outlet performance, challenges, and opportunities.

8. Maintain strong relationships with customers and clients to enhance the reputation and presence of the company.

9. Monitor market trends and competition, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.

10. Collaborate with other departments to implement company initiatives and promotional activities at the outlet level.


Job Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of Manager experience in customer service-focused industry, preferably family entertainment, retail or childcare.

2. Experienced with preschool education and/or children-enrichment is an advantage.

3. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

4. Able to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

5. Able to work as a team and share best practice with colleagues.


Qualifications Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in business administration.
