Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

As an Assistant Facilities Manager at JLL, your primary responsibility is to drive excellent daily operations and ensure a safer and more comfortable work environment for everyone. You will play a crucial role in planning and executing all preparations needed for meetings, conferences, and VIP visits, as well as ensuring high standards of building condition and housekeeping.


Key Responsibilities:

Driving Excellent Daily Operations:

  • Perform daily check-ins around the building and lobby to maintain high housekeeping standards.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the building's interior and exterior.
  • Identify and address any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
  • Provide input and ideas to improve the overall performance of the facility.
  • Coordinate with vendors to review their services and resolve service issues.

Promoting Client Satisfaction:

  • Build and maintain positive tenant relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
  • Handle client and tenant queries in a professional manner.
  • Attend meetings and coordinate with local authorities as required.
  • Ensure tenants' expectations are met and work closely with them to address any concerns.
  • Ensure proper adherence to house rules for tenant fitout works and facilitate smooth premises handover and takeover for incoming and outgoing tenants.

Shaping a System of Best Practices:

  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Address difficult issues and find opportunities to enhance operations.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or a related field.
  • Previous experience in facilities management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of building maintenance and housekeeping standards.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in using facilities management software and tools.
