Role:
- Assist in implementing the Company’s Safety Management System, including the preparation of manuals and fleet notices.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and inspections for fleet vessels and office, covering ISM, ISPS, MLC, and ISO standards.
- Aid in managing vessels and shore staff for Charterer’s Vetting Inspections, including TMSA Audits and SIRE Inspections.
- Monitor and analyze Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) objectives and KPIs for the fleet.
- Serve as the secretariat for quarterly and annual review meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and official minutes.
- Support various HSEQ office tasks and projects as assigned by the division in charge, ensuring all documentation and activities are completed accurately.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marine related field.
- Over 2 years of working experience, ideally in an HSE role.
- Proficient in PC skills, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and BI Tools; knowledge of MS Access is advantageous.
- Proficient in spoken and written communication.
- Strong and efficient documentation skills.
- Good patience and attention to detail in documentation.
