Responsibility
- Operate Plant and Site Services: Follow written and verbal instructions to safely and efficiently operate plant(s), site services, and handle vehicle loading/unloading.
- Safety and Efficiency Improvements: Suggest and implement ideas for safety and efficiency improvements, working in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with the production team and other site functions (e.g., maintenance, planning, logistics) through verbal, email, and written methods.
- Health and Safety Accountability: Ensure personal and team health and safety by following site-specific SHE standards, including risk assessment, permit compliance, and incident reporting.
- Shift Planning and Handover: Plan and organize work and materials for own shift, prepare for the next shift, and train new recruits. Handle site-specific maintenance tasks and emergency situations as needed.
Requirements
- NITEC / Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in chemical, petrochemical, or oil & gas industry
- Willing to work in 12 hours shift
