Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role. The Business Development Manager (B2B) will be responsible for building, managing and developing partnerships with key stakeholders in the cybersecurity field. The role will involve account management, effective communication, and the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns for partnership opportunities
- Contact potential hiring partner company through cold calls and emails
- Present our company to partnering company
- Identify partner hiring needs and suggest appropriate headcount for secondment
- Manage and build on existing partner relationships
- Collaborate with program and marketing to develop partnership strategies
- Identify, develop relationships, and negotiate contracts with new partners
- Take ownership of partnership reporting and performance
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) partner
- Design and implement overall partnership strategy
- Prepare partnership contracts
- Source and recruit partner company by using databases, social media etc
- Provide analytical and well documented partnership reports to the management
- Act as a point of contact and build influential partnerships relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years work experience as a Business Development / Sales in Recruiting firm or agency, Cybersecurity solutions firm or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)

- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Analytical Skills
- Experience in Partnerships and Account Management
- Experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
