Key Responsibilities:
- Lead maintenance and instrumentation activities in manufacturing plants, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
- Coordinate and execute major field maintenance projects with a focus on worker safety and facility integrity.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to plant operations.
- Drive instrumentation application studies and facility modifications to align with technical specifications and business requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power/Energy Modules.
- Basic knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC) and human-machine interfaces (HMI) is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and with external partners.
