Job Scope:
• In charge of full spectrum HR operation, recruitment and office administration related
• Maintain, upkeep and ensure timely and accurate update of HR database, all employee personal files records are complete and treated in strictest confidence
• Application, renewal and cancellation of work passes (WP/SP/EP)
• Responsible to manage, verify and update Time Attendance for payroll processing
• Process monthly payroll
• Handling of company insurances (Group Medical, Workmen Injury Compensation, Vehicle Insurance)
• Prepare submission to government agencies, such as CPF, IRAS, FWL, NS claims, Government Paid leave claims and etc.
• Perform other responsibilities and tasks as assigned Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administrative or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position,
• Well versed with Singapore Employment Act
