Job description:
- Assist on admission/application matters for graduate research/coursework programmes
- Check and verify documents for students admitting in AY2024/5
- Checking of applications and verifying details are correctly recorded
- Follow up on outstanding documents via email
- Data entry of student’s record
- Attend to email and phone enquiries.
- Ad-hoc duties as per assigned by supervisor
Duration:
- Immediate to 30 August 2024
Working Hours:
- Mon to Fri– 8:30am to 5:45pm
Location:
- West Area
Salary range:
- Up to $2,500
Job requirements:
- A level/Diploma in any disciplines with/without relevant admin experience. Preference will be given to those with admin experience
- Possess initiative and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organized and meticulous to handle large volume of data
- Able to read and write
