Guest Services Executive (Wild Wild Wet)

The staff is responsible for overseeing Guest Services Daily Operations; including ticketing operations systems, in park services & digitalization. The staff is also responsible for matters related to upkeeping of Guest Services Areas such as configuration and management of WWW ticketing system and price schemes, department risk assessments, aesthetics of operational areas; all in support of Guest Experience. The staff is also required to assist Guest Services Operations and Park Operations.


Job Description

  • Ensure smooth & effective implementation of overall Guest Services Operations matters, including support for system related reports and follow up with stakeholders
  • Spearhead, explore and coordinate Project Based initiatives- riding on technology to achieve seamless guest experience and incremental revenue
  • Train & coach Guest Services Team to ensure all standards and operating procedures relating to ticketing systems & processes are adhered to
  • Handle WWW Guest Services Ticketing Operations, which includes configuration of tickets and products into the ticketing system, not limiting to WWW products
  • Direct enquiries and feedback from guests to respective departments/staff for follow-up actions if required
  • Keep abreast of promotional activities and schemes of the Company and its related companies
  • Assist the Manager in Guest Services operations processes and procedures
  • Collate and compile the reports and governance for ticketing system related matters
  • Communication to staff, guests & stakeholders for Guest Services & systems related matters
  • Provision of support for Guest Services Operations and Park Operations
  • Lead risk assessments for Guest Services
  • Perform the role and responsibilities of a Duty Guest Services Supervisor and Park Duty Manager
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma
  • Experience in operations, IT systems and tourism preferred
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
