Logistics Coordinator / Supervisor | Driver: Class 3/4 | Up to $4k | Woodlands
Salary： $3000 to $4000 (depends on experience) + AWS
Working hours : Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm
Working Location: Woodlands Sector
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan / Arrange daily delivery & collection routes and schedules with drivers
- liaise with Gold Bell for vehicle inspection & servicing
- Liaise with Sales Coordinator on kit readiness and documents/labels
- Pack kits according to their types
- Scan codes and print out the Final Inspection Report, Check Sheet, and yellow labels
- oversee the receiving goods and materials
- Manage packing overseas customer's shipment
- Supervise drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct weekly team meeting
- Updating driver's OT for submission (once a month) to Sales Manager
- Serve as backup driver in the event of a driver's absence
- Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor or management
Job Requirement:
- At least 2 years of relevant inventory moving / logistics supervising work experience required for this role
- Valid LTA Class 3/4 driver license
- Able to perform OT when required which include weekend and PH
