Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of building functions and guarantees the safety and functionality of all facilities.
- Work closely with in-house facilities management team in maintaining equipment and building provisions in accordance with health and safety equipment.
- Planning, coordination and strategy development for ensuring the long-term improvement of the facilities.
- Ensuring the facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirement.
- Responsible for budgeting and controlling operational expenses, often focusing on cost reduction and efficiency.
- Plan and direct the work of site maintenance.
- Carry out the annual performance review of the site facilities team.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- With relevant experience in managing Grade 'A' commercial and/or industrial buildings
- Have experience in ACMV, BMS system, Electrical, Fire Protection System
- A certified Senior Fire Safety Manager preferred
- Sound knowledge of building maintenance and upkeep, safety and environmental regulations
