Job Description:
- Lead rhythmic gymnasts through dynamic warmups, stretching, and precise corrections using the BPA methodology.
- Collaborate with the Senior / Head Coach across all training levels.
- Monitor gymnast progress closely, offering feedback and support in alignment with the Senior / Head Coach's direction.
- Cultivate a passion for rhythmic gymnastics in young athletes, fostering their growth and enjoyment.
- Contribute to event, competition, and production preparation for gymnasts.
- Assist in crafting choreography for individual or group routines.
- Uphold Academy policies and safety protocols to ensure gymnast well-being.
- Pursue ongoing training and development to meet SG Gymnastics Standard and BPA RG coach criteria.
- Foster positive relationships with staff, gymnasts, and parents, seeking solutions collaboratively.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in sports science, physical education, sports, or equivalent. (A background in Rhythmic Gymnastics is advantageous)
- Preferential consideration for candidates with prior coaching experience in RG, with a minimum of 2 years in a related field.
- Ability to motivate and train gymnasts with age-appropriate techniques.
