We are a looking for an administration/personal assistant who can work independently.
- Proficiency in basic computer programs like Excel Spreadsheets and Words
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to do correspondence with suppliers and related business associates
Job Scope:
- Daily administrative tasks
- Payroll, maintaining employee records (eg Annual leave, medical leave etc)
- Update and organize company records
- Data entry
- Staf support
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping will be an advantage
