Description:
- Report to and assist the Project Director (PD) with project management, site management, and risk control to achieve project goals.
- Lead and mentor the project team by setting guidelines, providing advice, and supervising when necessary.
- Oversee all Project Management activities from project award through design and construction to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Assist the PD in compiling project progress reports, including Monthly Reports, VO Management, EOT Assessment, and Project Progress Updates.
- Monitor the project schedule and manage daily operations, set goals and budgets, and coordinate with other Contractors.
- Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance with contract requirements and meet deadlines.
- Liaise with Client Representatives, Consultants, and Contractors, and attend meetings to ensure the project is on schedule.
- Supervise site labor and Subcontractors, resolving any construction issues that arise.
- Oversee site quality control and safety, ensuring Environmental, Safety & Health (EHS) practices are followed and identifying high-risk activities.
- Ensure workplace safety under the WSH Act.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by your superior/management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Professional Engineer Board or Building & Construction Authority;
- 5 years’ experience in sewer and pipejacking or related experiences;
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
- Good negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills;
