The Management Trainee position is an entry-level role designed to provide comprehensive training and development opportunities for recent graduates or individuals new to the field of management. The trainee will rotate through various departments, gaining hands-on experience in different aspects of the business, and preparing for future leadership roles within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Departmental Rotation:
Participate in structured rotation programs across various departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR).
Collaborate with senior management in daily operations and projects
Project Management:
Work on assigned projects, contributing to planning, execution, and evaluation.
Manage relationships with industrial partners to promote uptake of industrial projects and schemes (CCP, JSIT etc.)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
