Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Imprest fund management and daily project reimbursement.
- Project payment process initiation.
- Local staff salary payment.
- Project payment settlement of subcontractors.
- Project external accounts management and tax management (monthly tax declaration and payment, verification and communication of annual external accounts audit report, and response to tax inspection).
- Fund management.
- Fill in monthly financial statements.
- Handle intra-project accounts and prepare financial statements.
- Do other financial related work.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Business Administration, CPA holder preferably with 10 years relevant financial reporting experience.
- Preferably with exposure in the construction industry.
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure.
- Good problem solver with strategic thinking abilities & possess good interpersonal skills.
- Takes initiative and is a good team-player
- Strong sense of integrity
- Strong computer skills including accounting databases, Microsoft Excel, basic skills in PowerPoint and Word and other software detailed and deadline-oriented.
- Ability to thoroughly analyze and research information.
