To manage Health, Safety, Security and Environment requirements of all 3 terminals in Singapore as per local and corporate regulatory requirements, such as MOM, NEA, SCDF, MHA on Infrastructure Protection Act and etc.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop HSE Plan, Design Safety Philosophy for all process related
- Lead and participate in all Safety Audit and Inspections
- Responsible for all sustainability report and closure of all findings andrecommendation
- Provide Health, Safety, Security and Environmental advice input and able to leadin all Risk Assessment
- Close up all action plans, Incident, and inspection findings
- Liaise closely with all Government Agencies
- Conduct and lead terminals’ drills and exercise
- Ensure all documents are maintained
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Health and Safety Engineering
- Register Workplace Health and Safety Officer
- Fire Safety Manager Preferred
Experience:
- At least 8 to 10 years of working experience in the oil and Gas industry
- Processes a good knowledge of Oil and Gas Process Facilities
- Team Player with leadership potential and have Pro Active discipline communication
- Familiar with ALL HSE and local regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional and solving skills capabilities
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to work and travel within 3 terminals and head office
