Customer Service Representative / Onsite Coordinator
- Working Days: Monday-Friday 7.30am-5pm
- Working Location: Changi North Crescent (Company Transport at East Side)
- Interview location at admiralty
- Salary: $2300-$2800
Job Scope:
- Manage the Precision Measuring & Test Equipment (PMTE) master list and Calibration Database
- Track and ensure PMTE inventory in database are up to date, with supporting documentations (calibration reports, certificates etc.)
- Scheduling of PMTE for calibration
- Collection of pre-calibration PMTE from designated cells/ locations
- Delivery of post-calibration PMTE to designated cells/ locations
- Providing regular interval notification to end user/ department leader for upcoming due items
- Coordination between business site and calibration integrator
- Packing of PMTE for local/ overseas shipment
- Process shipment/ PR/ PO documentations for calibration, using ESA form system and SAP, and coordination with ESA departments
- Update inventory records (IN/ OUT) when PMTE is sent out for calibration and received from calibration
- Ensure calibration reports are accurate and meet PO requirements
- Archival of calibration reports (including cover letters, record of measurements etc.) into database
- Report to HQ
Requirements:
- Education Qualification: Min. Diploma in relevant discipline
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in related field
