E-Commerce Team Lead

Job Description

  • Drive e-commerce department sales performance with but not limited to daily sales, promotions, marketing and social media campaigns, and programs over digital platforms.
  • Analyze new market trends, business opportunities and market segments in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Lead and manage the e-commerce team, including setting goals, assigning tasks,providing guidance.
  • Collaborate with Brand and internal team to develop the company's ecommerce strategy and objectives, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic direction including sourcing for potential partnership prospects, identifying growth opportunities, target markets, and key performance indicators (KPls) for measuring success.
  • Manage and oversee the operation of the ecommerce website. Ensuring optimization of website design, functionality, and user experience to improve sales and conversion rates.
  • Oversee the management of the product catalog, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information, pricing, and inventory levels across platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze ecommerce data, including sales data, traffic data, user behavior, campaign effectiveness etc., to provide data-driven insights for decision-making and make recommendations for improvement and optimization.
  • Conduct analysis and forecasting of sales reports, providing weekly and monthly e-commerce sales performance reports.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to track business outcomes and guide future activities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including Brand Principle, Platform PIC, and logistic providers.
  • Financial Related - Control and monitor e-commerce Budget. Ensure payment received from platforms.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in business, marketing, supply chain management, or related fields.
  • Min 3 years of experience in e-commerce related industry (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop).
  • Analytical ability to conduct market research and identify trends and recommendations.
  • Team Player driven by sales outcomes and targets.
  • Strong marketing sense with expertise in building a strong digital presence.
  • Innovative and resourceful in finding new approaches in problem solving.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Can communicate in both English & Mandarin; to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
