- Assist the project manager in all site activities
- Coordinate with main contractor and consultants
- Planning, managing and ensuring the smooth implementation and monitoring of projects assigned to complete within the specified time and desired quality.
- Site administration and management which include site safety and control of materials /plants on site.
- Monitoring work schedules in accordance with the master's program
- Monitoring progress and expediting smooth progress of works on-site to meet targets.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget
- Ensure that work is implemented in accordance with approved drawings, contract specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring of project activities including work progress and quality, performance of manpower requirement and ensuring that proper recording and or documentation of site works are carried out properly
- Lead and monitor Higher-Skilled and/or Skilled Craftsmen workers.
- 7 years of relevant experience.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Diploma holders or equivalent or mature candidates with relevant experience and proven track records will also be considered.
- Able to work independently and cope in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-versed in construction sequence, principles and regulatory requirements.
- Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
