Element has an opportunity for Administrator cum Receptionist.
In this role, yYou must be a motivated, self-starter who excels in providing great receptionist and admin at all times and be well presented.
Core Responsibilities
Perform reception duties such as answering calls and attending to visitors professionally and delivering a world-class experience for visitors and guests.
- Manage all incoming/outgoing mails, courier parcels and document circulation.
- Provide administrative support to the office and team as required in a timely, proactive and diligent manner
- Preparing quotation, progress payment claims, variation orders, project budgets & cost control and settlement of final account.
- Assist with collecting and delivering tenders samples.
- Attend to all incoming/outgoing mail and courier of documents
- Organise and/or provide support for smooth-running of company events and meetings
- Oversee general housekeeping and cleanliness of the office
- 5 days work week
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
- Experience in an office administrative role.
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
