Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager with a deep understanding of Web 3.0 technologies and proven experience in managing complex technology products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of innovative products that leverage blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi), smart contracts, and other Web 3.0 solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional product management skills, and a passion for driving forward-thinking initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product management lifecycle for Web 3.0 products, from product conception to launch, ensuring timely execution and adherence to product timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers, to define product requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive product roadmaps, including resource allocation, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategies, to drive successful product outcomes.
- Monitor product development progress and performance, identify potential issues or bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions to ensure product success.
- Communicate product status updates, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and external partners, clearly and concisely.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and best practices in product management.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in Web 3.0 technologies, blockchain protocols, and decentralized applications, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Web 3.0 technologies, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
- Identify opportunities for product improvements and optimization within the product management framework, driving efficiencies and enhancing overall product delivery capabilities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build relationships, share insights, and contribute to thought leadership in the Web 3.0 ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in product management, with a focus on Web 3.0 solutions, blockchain, or decentralized applications.
- Strong understanding of Web 3.0 technologies, including blockchain fundamentals, decentralized networks, smart contracts, and token economics.
- Solid grasp of technology terms and concepts, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated proficiency in product management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Jira.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus, resolve conflicts, and inspire teams to achieve common goals.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex technology products from inception to completion, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
