Responsibilities:
- Coordinate procurement-related queries, documentation, registers, and filing systems.
- Complete iProcurement requisitions in line with procurement spend guidelines.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (including Sourcing, Environment Design, Store Development, Real Estate, IT, etc.) to gather project status updates.
- Process documentation for project commitments.
- Create purchase orders for goods and services using the Oracle Purchasing system.
- Assist with larger-scale maintenance projects.
- Compile and edit presentation details for meetings.
- Manage financial administrative tasks related to corporate card use and expenses.
- Exercise judgment to promote workflow efficiency.
- Ensure internal and external client demands are met.
Requirement
- Min. Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, with
- Min. 4-5 years working experience in Sales Support
- Proficient in SAP /CRM
- Ability to work independently, as well as able to collaborate in a team.
- Approachable and demonstrates willingness to support
