Location: Tanjong Pagar (Near MRT)
Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
Salary: $2,800 - $3,500
Responsibilities
- Prepare shipping instructions for suppliers.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and shipping lines to address shipment-related issues.
- Book shipments.
- Create Export Letter of Credit (L/C) documents.
- Generate sales invoices using the SAP system.
- Compile Import Financing and Export documents for our banks.
Requirements
- GCE O Level and above.
- 1-2 years of related shipping experience
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP will be a plus
