The Opportunity
The Programmatic Specialist (Senior Executive) reports into the Regional Business Director and is responsible for strategic planning, activation and optimisation of programmatic campaigns end-to-end.
- Manage daily requests, workflow & relationships
- Produce and present recommendations that evolves current client approach
- Manage campaign set up in platform and ensure quality checks in place for implementation
- Manage and leverage client’s 1PD as part of campaigns to help achieve KPIs
- Conduct daily monitoring of campaigns; performance and optimization and ensure information is clearly communicated to the client and internal team members through regular established reports at key milestones
- Identify potential performance/technical issues (both micro and macro) and address as necessary with both a healthy sense of urgency and clear action points
- Monitor media spend for a portfolio of campaigns to ensure on-time completion
- Assist in evolving the approach through both hygiene (process) and thought leadership (innovation)
Ideally
- Experience in programmatic campaign management and planning
- High level of technical & executional capability across programmatic tools & systems
- Hands on experience with campaign management set up and optimization on DSP platforms, particularly with DV360, other platforms a bonus
- Strong level of understanding of programmatic capability across the digital ecosystem
- Analytical strength in providing insight and media solutions
- Interpersonal and people management skills both internally and with client
- Team player, ability to delegate and stakeholder management while also able to operate and function independently
