We are seeking a Sales Manager to spearhead our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in sales management, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and a passion for motivating and guiding high-performing team members to achieve exceptional results.
Responsibilities :
Achieve assigned outlets’ KPIs, including
- Total sales per month per outlet
- Customer $ per total sales
- Success rate %
- Customer $ per new sales
- Recurring sales $
- Referral sales $
- Achieve assigned personal sales KPIs
- Provide training and coaching to new and/or existing sales personnel to improve their sales performance
- Partner with new and/or existing sales personnel in sales consultation
- Train and groom 1 new hired sales personnel (minimum sales performance of 30k/month) every calendar year
- Partner with Operations Manager/Branch Manager to achieve minimum 5% sales growth annually
- Maintain customer satisfaction and manage customer complaints
- Support of continuous staff learning
- Lead the outlet staff in philosophy learning and application to enhance team efficiency
- Ensure outlet’s sales operation is aligned with SOPs
- Provide constructive and productive feedback to improve outlets’ sales
- Any other duties that may be assigned to the Employee from time to time
Additional Activities:
- Participate in training sessions, presentations, meetings and company recreational events
Requirements :
- Diploma or A Levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant sales experience in beauty or wellness sales with a proven sales track record is preferred
- Good grooming and professional outlook
