Salary up to S$144K per annum excluding Bonus
Office location: Jurong East (Hybrid work arrangement; 6 days work from home per month)
Working days & hours: 5 days, (Mon-Thurs) 8:30am-6pm, (Fri) 8:30am-5:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams in key areas of design, supervision, and management across diverse projects.
- Take a central role in establishing contacts and presenting architectural designs to clients.
- Participate in business development meetings to strategize and target specific markets, clients, and project opportunities.
- Lead architectural design teams in competitions.
- Oversee contract administration of construction projects to ensure compliance with design intent and building codes.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Potentially fulfill roles such as Qualified Person (QP), Superintending Officer (SO), and SO’s Representative.
- Potentially assume the position of Project Director (PD), overseeing project profitability, resource planning, and being accountable to Senior Vice Presidents and Management for project performance.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Registered Architect with the Board of Architects (BOA), qualified to sign off on projects.
- Experience with Local Healthcare projects is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools such as Revit, Sketchup, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
- Proactive, positive, and driven individual with a hands-on approach.
- Detail-oriented with effective organizational skills.
