Content Creation and Optimization:
1. Write compelling and informative product descriptions that highlight key features, benefits, and selling points to attract potential customers.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging product copy and visual content that resonates with the target audience.
Customer Support:
1. Assist with customer inquiries and address customer feedback, reviews, and questions promptly and professionally.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
1. Work closely with the team to align overall business objectives and strategies.
2. Provide support and brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns, events, content, ad hoc projects/assignments, as needed, across all offline and digital channels.
Business Development

Requirements:
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in eCommerce product listings management or related field.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Lazada, Shopee, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in product data and content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear and persuasive product descriptions.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and practices to optimize product listings for search engines.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with image editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred.
