Gym Administrator
Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 11am - 8pm (1 hour lunch break)
Saturday: 11am - 3pm
Work location: Farrer Park
Job responsibilities:
1. Maintain membership system, including payment system.
2. Monitor customer reservations and attendance, prepare routine reports, file documents and other daily administrative/operational matters.
3. Understand membership packages and recommend suitable services to potential members.
4. Supervise all aspects of gym operations.
5. Monitor CCTV in a timely manner and take appropriate actions immediately in emergency situations to ensure customer safety.
6. Perform and supervise front desk, customer service and other general office activities
7. Arrange coaching courses and check with coaches on the course schedule and salary payment for the month.
8. Check the company's financial records and submit them to the secretarial company
9. Assist the boss's wife to complete various tasks in work and personal affairs.
Requirements:
1. Gym experience preferred
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong service awareness, and good management record
3. Ability to present information and data in a consistent, organized and accurate manner
4. Ability to work in a self-directed, organized manner, with strong leadership skills
5. Ability to adapt and work under pressure, quick thinking, able to solve problems and complete tasks on time.
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time, proactive.
7. Reliable, trustworthy, tactful, diplomatic.
Annual leave: 14 days

Probation period: S$3,000/month
