Job Description
- Supervise the installation and maintenance of CCTV and security systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and security requirements.
- Conduct daily checks on installation works to ensure quality and adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate with other trades to integrate CCTV and security systems seamlessly into the broader construction or operational environment.
- Assure compliance with the code of practice for all CCTV and security system operations.
- Possess a thorough understanding of CCTV and security system operations and functions to effectively manage and troubleshoot issues.
- Prepare and submit permit to work applications, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained before commencing work.
- Assist the operations and construction teams with on-site activities related to fire and security systems.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of security protocols and systems to ensure they meet current standards and requirements.
- Provide training and support to staff on the proper use and management of CCTV and security systems.
- Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned to support the overall security objectives and ensure the smooth operation of all security systems.

Requirements
- Degree in Construction Facility Management or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills and a leader to influence.
- Efficient, Good Analytical Skills and Able to work independently.
- Experience in a marine construction company is favorable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCAD.
