Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve various coffee beverages following established recipes and quality standards.
- Use manual brewing methods such as pour-over, AeroPress, and French press.
- Specialize in Kyoto-style cold brew techniques, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, brewing equipment, and workstations.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Collaborate with team members for smooth cafe operations, including restocking supplies and assisting with opening and closing procedures.
- Stay informed on coffee industry trends, new products, and brewing techniques, sharing knowledge with colleagues and customers.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista.
- Experience in cold brewing or manual brewing is advantageous.
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
